The affiliate button is for you to get other sites to add on there sites or you could add it in your signatures of other forums your on.

We request a site (not others someone elses.) To affiliate with us. If they accept we add there affiliate button onto our site and they do the same by adding our affiliation button. You can see our affiliates on the left side corner of our forum index.

i thought so - 'cuz if each affiliate has different buttons you wouldn't know which is the real affiliation button

there's no point having a button if your not an affiliate, 'cuz that's just taking advantage - you can't just put the affiliate button if you're not affiliated
