RULES AND REGULATIONS:
---ALL battles will be set so that all pokemon are level 100
---IF you do have Wi-fi or will have Wi-fi in the near future you MUST challenge me on Wi-fi.
---Hacked pokemon will not be tolerated!
---Pokemon must be legitimately trained if using Wi-fi
---All legendary pokemon are aloud (with the acception of Arceus) are aloud in battles.
---If using shoddy battle you must input pokemon that you have in your ds or gameboy game. Using a team you do not have will not be aloud. If you don't own a pokemon game then you may make a team of your choice (I know most users on here do own a game though)
---All moves are aloud.

the only thing is if you have wi-fi or will have it in the near future you must use wi-fi instead
