Pokemon SoulSilver. I ish about to fight .... I forgot if it's Red or Blue. He's the one on Cinnabar Island that's mad that the other is the champion now, instead of him.
(I'm pretty sure it's Red)

Red is on mount silver
blue is on cinnabar island and moves to viridian after you have fifteen badges

Arent ya alittle off topic..(without sayin last played game, just info about how to see red and blue)anyway.. Last game i played was Pokemon Heartgold
