Getting used to soccer Empty Getting used to soccer

Post by Infernhawk Fri May 21, 2010 8:03 pm

I just started playing soccer with my friends recentley. At first I hated it and I sucked, but now they have taught me how to play and I'm really good at it. I can easily cross them now. I usually always win. I even made a headbutt goal once.

I hate when I go to a website about football and it ends up being soccer. I don't watch soccer I just play it. Football is supposed to be when you wear equipment and you try to run or pass the football to the end zone. Theres 4 downs. Soccer is not football. Have the people who call soccer football ever even heard of football? NFL?

This is all about the football I am talking about: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Football_League

Here is what a football looks like: http://blog.islandcasino.com/ic/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2007/09/football.jpg

Football is nothing like soccer. The only time you actually kick the ball is to punt the ball to the other team.

I played soccer a very long time ago when I was young. I actually enjoyed it pretty well but over here in the states it is still not very widespread.
