oh yea, monferno, the pre-EVO of infernape, the fastest sinnoh starter - i like the wgole chimchar line - epic win

Monferno is my least favorite of the Chimchar evolution line, but its still awesome.

monferno does have some similarities to quilava , both evolve from the previous EVO at lv14 and evolve to their final EVO at lv36, and of course the obvious similarities that i will not mention lol

I despise of Monferno and it's evos.

But I hate Chimchar slightly less because it isn't Fire/Fighting.

well, that's the same with torchic, because torchic is just plain fire and then it evolves into a fire/fighting type

He loves Torchics evolution line but hates Infernape because he thinks it copied Blaziken.

Infernawk pretty much said it. But I don't think it copied it. I know.

I personaly think that blaziken was the best fire starter. XD

to be honest, who would win monferno or combusken

hmmmmm I'd have to say combusken maybe....wait....I have no idea lol

well both are fire/fighting types

makes it sorta hard to tell
but combusken came first in the pokemon timeline so I think it's more original

combusken is slightly based on a chicken which begs the question
who would win a chicken or a monkey

then that would mean that monferno may win against combusken

I'd say Monferno could easily beat a chicken...

of course a chicken would loose to a monkey but they are POKEMON not a chicken and monkey! LOL
I would have to say combusken because hit double kick gets a double power boost each time he uses bulk up. The attack bonus applies to both kicks.

but we were comparing what animals they resemble so it would get our conclusion. combusken has it's good points too, he can learn peck which is super effective on monferno, and monferno can learn bulk up too

well if you want to see which one is better why not battle wifi?
