Whats wrong with the logo? One of our graphics team members mad eit. Its way better than mine. Anyways welcome to the Forums.

I think that a transparent logo with the images and text would look better against the headers background image.

I'll see if Evolution101 can take these suggestions. I do agree with CTM though about its size. The height is fine because it matches the bar, but the width should be larger.
