Is gyrados glitched?

Ok we know that gyrados is a water/flying type, but why is he a flying type if he can;t learn any flying type moves. Gyrados looks like a dragon and can learn dragon type moves so this makes me think that hes actually supposed to be a water/dragon type. Maybe the game creators messed up on Gyrados. And his ears are NOT HIS WINGS THEY ARE TOO SMALL. They are his fins. Who agrees that gyrados should be water/dragon.

I agree. They made the glitch but it was to late to fix it because it was already the release date for Red and Blue. Now that Gyarados was a flying type in those games they had to stick with it.

I know they should at least let it learn air slash or something.

Air Slash would be a good move for Gyarados.

Omg I just noticed something. You know how Gyarados looks like a Chinese Dragon? Well don't they fly? It doesn't look like they have wings. Maybe Gyarados is a flying type becaus eits like a Chinese Dragon. Wouldn't that make it Dragon/Flying instead of Water/Flying though?

Gyrados can learn water type moves, thats why it is a water type.
Also i have a question. Do you think that charizard is also a dragon type after the fire/flying?

Yeah it could be classified as one. They should allow a Pokemon to have three types. Gyarados is a Water Spraying Dragon. Charizard is a Fire Breathing Dragon.

Exactly what i think is that they only had enough room in the game to make each pokemon two types and they chose flying/fire over dragon.

Also because it came form Charmander wich was a starter. If not it could be Flying/Dragon.

there is one flying move gyarados can learn - but it has to be a magikarp for it to learn the move

the move i'm talking about is bounce - teach it as a magikarp and evolve it
then

VOILA - you'll have a gyarados with bounce (flying move)

Thats a flying move? I thought it was a normal type. It may go up high like when using fly, but its not flying >.>

but if its a flying type move then why can RAPIDASH LEARN IT?

Rapidash will someday evolve and grow wings. It starts as a pony, then a unicorn, and soon a pegasus.

that don't matter -bounce allows them to bounce up and down - it doesn't matter if they fly or not

oh whatever i dont even think bounce should be a flying type move
